These Terms outline your agreement with ZenoJet ("we," "us," "our") for your use of zenojet.com and any related services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ZenoJet.
Using ZenoJet
- Account Access: Your use of ZenoJet requires adherence to these terms.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent and be fully able and competent to enter into these terms.
- Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Personal Use: ZenoJet is for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal Activities: Engaging in any unlawful activities through the service.
- Harmful Actions: Harassing, abusing, threatening, impersonating, or defrauding other users or ZenoJet personnel.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ZenoJet's systems or networks.
- Interference: Disrupting the integrity or performance of ZenoJet, its servers, or networks.
- Spam/Malware: Distributing unsolicited promotional material, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any malicious software.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Data Scraping: Systematically retrieving data or other content from ZenoJet to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Your Content & Intellectual Property
- Your Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through ZenoJet.
- License to ZenoJet: By submitting content, you grant ZenoJet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the service and ZenoJet's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the service in any media formats and through any media channels.
- ZenoJet's IP: All intellectual property rights in and to the ZenoJet website, its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by ZenoJet or its licensors.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- "As Is" Basis: ZenoJet provides its services "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- No Warranties: We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Service Reliability: ZenoJet does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
